• Select the static type.

• Give the document reference a name.
  

  Give the organisation a name.
• Click the create entity button.
  

  Create entity button.
• Open tab "Properties" section "Static properties/Document Reference" and upload the local file.
  

  Click change button.
• After successful uploading most of the document reference properties are filled in.
